Terms Of Service

- All forms will be reviewed to see if they are in accordance with the terms, and once approved, the customer's name is added to the To-do List.- The list of tasks (To-do List) is public and is sent to the customer after approval of the form.- Only two characters per drawing (There are exceptions, let's discuss).- Progress can last for 1 or even 2 months, depending on the task list and complexity of the commission. If you can't wait, please don't order.
- A sketch will be sent to you prior to payment for future changes. Main changes can ONLY be made within the sketch period.
- Full payment must be made after submission and approval of the sketch by the client to proceed (Payment in USD only).
- Only 2 changes are allowed in the sketch period, after that the only possible change is the color or mistakes made by the artist.
- If I can't fit what you want with two full changes to the sketch, the commission will be dropped.
- The references must come from you, the client.
- When commissioning, you give me the right to publish and display the art developed on any of my social media. (Which doesn't mean it will be posted)
- Refunds are not possible, so make sure you want and will be able to pay before the payment.
- If the customer does not keep in touch for a long time, the commission will be withdrawn.
- The customer can request the WiP (Work in progress) at any part of the process.
- I am not accepting faster completion or commission with deadlines for now. The order is by queue.
- Private artwork or artist retention from posting may incur an extra cost.
- Any additional character is 50% of the value.
- Commissions are not shipped with the PSD files, only those for commercial use, and only if requested first.
- Commissions for commercial purposes have a fee of 100% of the total commission amount. (Like Banners, Youtube, Game Sprites, Twitch, anything with Ads, Social Media Covers etc).
- The customer cannot remove my signature. (unless commercial and previously requested)
- Bottomless commissions are sent as PNG transparent background.
- Customer social media will not be posted unless he asks.
- I have the right to refuse a commission if I feel that I cannot do it or if I am not comfortable with it.
- If the customer intends to use the illustration on a mug, poster, t-shirt, blanket, etc. for profit, 100% fee will be charged (for personal use is allowed).
- Give credit before posting illustration anywhere.
- Prohibited the use of the image in machine learning or "AI" applications.
- Prohibited the use of the image for NFT.
- For now I can only do up to 2 drawings per customer. (Without exceptions, discuss)
- If the customer cancels the order when the sketch period has already started, I have the right to use the defined pose for any purpose.
- Paying the invoice means that the customer accepts these terms.

How to claim your commission:- Read the Terms.
- Go to "Art Commission Form", copy and fill in the necessary information.
- Send it to me by PV on any of my social media. (Twitter is usually best)
- Wait for me to approve your form and add you to the list.Payment:
- Full payment will be made upon approval of the draft by the client.
- Once the invoice is sent, payment must be made within 3 days or the commission will be disregarded (Negotiable, ask).
- Payment is made using Stripe's or PayPal invoice service by email, and in USD only.
- If you don't trust Paypal or Stripe Services of payment, you can request the commission through Artistree ( https://artistree.io/request/eweartwork ).What am I not going to do?- Heavy gore with humanoids/animals (with monsters it's ok).
- Heavy NSFW (ecchi, nudity, and some sex scenes are ok depending on the case, discuss).
- NFT.
- Anything related to generative AI.
- There may be something off the list that I feel uncomfortable with. I'll let you know if that's the case.
